August 2008 will see the plight of thousands of rescue dogs take a turn for the better.

National Dog Adoption is set to raise awareness of the hundred thousand dogs seeking new homes in Britain’s rescue shelters and promote the concept of adopting a dog.

Throughout the month there will be various events, promotions and press stories promoting the benefits and rewards brought through dog adoption.
